Steve Faulkner is a Managing Director and head for Private Business in J.P. Morgan’s Wealth Advisor Advice Lab. Faulkner is responsible for developing content and solutions for business owners, on issues such as corporate governance, pre-transaction planning, and maintaining a legacy business over multiple generations.

Mike Harman is an executive director and wealth advisor at J.P. Morgan in Seattle. In this role, Harman works with clients and their professional advisors on tax-efficient strategies to hold and manage wealth, and, when the time is right, transfer wealth across generations and to charitable organizations. Harmon joined J.P. Morgan after 12 years of practicing law.

Christian Schiller is the Managing Director of Cascadia Capital and leads the firm’s Middle Market practice focused on sourcing and executing buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity and debt, and private and public companies in the middle market.
