Timothy A. Duy,

Timothy A. Duy, PhD

Dr. Timothy Duy, is the Senior Director of the Oregon Economic Forum and Professor of Practice at the University of Oregon Department of Economics. Professor Duy received his B.A. in Economics in 1991 from the University of Puget Sound, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Economics in 1998 from the University of Oregon. Following graduate school, Tim worked in Washington, D.C. for the United States Department of Treasury as an economist in the International Affairs division and later with the G7 Group, a political and economic consultancy for clients in the financial industry. In the latter position, he was responsible for monitoring the activities of the Federal Reserve and currency markets. Tim returned to the University of Oregon in 2002. He is the author of the University of Oregon Statewide Economic Indicators, Regional Economic Indicators, and the Central Oregon Business Index. Tim has published in the Journal of Economics and Business and is currently a member of the Oregon Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors and the State Debt Policy Advisory Commission

Patrick Stone

Patrick Stone is the President & CEO of the Williston Financial Group, has enjoyed a lengthy career in real estate and real estate related services, including “C” officer positions with three public companies and as a director on two Fortune 500 Boards. The senior executive management positions included nine years as President and COO of the nation’s largest title insurance company, Chairman and Co-CEO of a software company and CEO of a real estate data and information company. Pat was Vice-Chairman of Metrocities Mortgage, a 2005 top twenty mortgage lender, and Chairman of The Stone Group, an Texas-based tenant-rep brokerage company. Additionally, Pat served on the Boards of World Minerals, DigitalMap, Homegain, RedVision, Wystein Capital, and Inman News, who named him one of 2013’s “100 Most Influential People in Real Estate.” He is a past chairman of the Oregon State University Foundation, and Co-Chair of its Billion Dollar Capital Campaign.


Mark Kralj

Mark Kralj

Mark Kralj is a principal and portfolio manager at Ferguson Wellman Capital Management, and a member of the equity team managing the energy sector. Before joining the firm in 1989, he was an equity analyst and portfolio manager for high-net-worth clients at First Interstate Bank. Mark received his B.S. in business from Oregon State University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. He is a member and past president of the Chartered Financial Analysts Society of Portland and serves as a trustee for the Providence Child Center Foundation, the Oregon State University Foundation and the Oregon Symphony Board. Mark is a founding member of the Professional Advisory Council for the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington and serves on the Investment Committee & Planned Giving Committee of St. Vincent Hospital Foundation, as well as the Campaign Committee for the Oregon State University Cascades Campus.
