Operating Excellence, or Lean Management, is most often deployed deep inside organizations—especially in manufacturing contexts on the shop and warehouse floor. However, there is often greater strategic opportunity and financial payback by beginning at the “C” level. This presentation will paint a picture of what it means to apply Operating Excellence down through an organization, beginning at the top.
